The Neuchâtel Non Filtré is a wine steeped in tradition. Made from Chasselas, it is bottled without final filtration at the beginning of January, after its fermentation is fully completed. As the first wine of the year, it offers wine enthusiasts a glimpse of the new vintage just harvested in the previous autumn.

Perfect as an aperitif, or paired with lake fish, cheeses, or even exotic dishes!

In 2025, this specialty celebrates its 50th year, and to mark the occasion, the Neuchâtel Vins et Terroir association is organizing a grand evening celebration in La Chaux-de-Fonds.

Program:

• Public Tasting from 5:00 PM
• After Party from 6:30 PM, featuring music, a bar, and food stands offering local specialties:
  •  Raclette
  • Cold platters and hot dogs
  • Spelt risotto with Non Filtré
  • Neuchâtel-style flammekueche
