The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you about how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information. We are committed to respecting your privacy and to implementing the necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of your data.

Our privacy policy has been drawn up in a transparent and accessible manner, with the aim of providing you with a clear understanding of our data protection practices.

We invite you to take the time to read it carefully and to consult it regularly, as it may be updated to reflect developments in our business and changes in legislation. By choosing to use our services, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy. If you do not agree with this statement, please do not provide us with your contact information.

If you have any questions or concerns about your personal data, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail.

  1. Definition of personal data

Personal data is any information which, alone or in combination with other information, identifies a person or makes that person identifiable. Examples include a name, e-mail address or IP address.

  1. Collection of information

We only collect the information you choose to send us.

This may include your surname, first name, telephone number and e-mail address, particularly when you make a request by e-mail or via a contact form on our site.

The pages of this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, sounds, articles, social network sharing buttons, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves in the same way as if the visitor were on that other site. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking tools and track your interactions with embedded content if you have a logged-in account on their website. By clicking on a social network button (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), you consent to the necessary data, such as IP address, website navigation, etc., being transmitted to the operator of the relevant social network.

We use a cookie, see point 6, (saving the consent required by the Data Protection Act DPA) which remembers your settings regarding your privacy preferences.

During your visit to our online store, we track:

  • Products you’ve seen: this allows us, for example, to display products you’ve recently viewed.
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we use these to estimate taxes and shipping costs.
  • Delivery address: we will ask you to enter this to estimate shipping costs before you place your order, and to send the order to you.

We use cookies (see point 6 of the privacy policy) to track the contents of the shopping cart while you are browsing our site.

When you purchase from our website, we will ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail, telephone number, payment/credit card details and possibly account details such as login and password. This information will be used to:

  • Send information about your account and order
  • Respond to requests, including refunds and complaints
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Configure your account for our store
  • Comply with any legal obligations, such as calculating taxes
  • Improve our store offerings
  • Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them

If you create an account, we store your name, address, e-mail, and phone number, which will be used to pre-populate order validation for future orders.

We generally store your information for as long as we need it for the purpose for which we collect and use it, and we are under no legal obligation to continue to do so. For example, we store order information for 10 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, e-mail and billing and shipping addresses.

We also store comments or notices, if you choose to send them.

We accept payment by TWINT or bank transfer. When processing payments, certain data will be transmitted to these external services, including information required to process the payment, such as the total amount or billing information.

Please read the TWINT privacy policy.
