Valais Open Cellars 2026

From May 14 to 16, 2026, the cellars of the Valais open their doors for a weekend of tastings and discovery in the heart of Switzerland’s largest wine region. This edition will be especially festive as it marks the 20th anniversary of the Valais Open Cellars.

Over three days, winegrowers welcome you into their estates to share their wines, their craft, and their deep connection to some of the most diverse and expressive terroirs in the country. From Cornalin to Petite Arvine, including Amigne and Humagne Rouge, the full richness of Valais grape varieties is on display in a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Several members of Nous Artisanes du Vin are part of the celebration and will be opening their cellars, ready to share their wines and exchange about their work:

The 242 participating cellars welcome visitors each day from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

On the program: tastings of recent vintages, cellar visits, meetings with winemakers, and a wide range of activities throughout the weekend.

All practical information, the full list of wineries, mobility options, and participation details are available on the official website: caves-ouvertes-valais.ch
